| It must have taken a lot of work, but they managed to make the third movie in the series worse than the second. I've read the book, I've watched all 3 movies, and I've seen the CG cartoon, and the 3rd movie by far is the worst.
What could have been the one redeeming part about the movie, which also gives it's name to the movie: Marauder - ie Mechs, are wasted because they are not introduced until the end of the movie for about 1 minute of air time. This is also when the movie has it's obligatory ... Read More: |

| Great movie and, as with all the other Tyler Perry movies, it has a great message. He selected a superb cast to tell the story of the importance of family, pride, self respect and responsibility. Perry ties it all together with the perfect bow of hilarity from our favorite character, Madea. Madea stands up to her reputation in this movie as only she can. |

| Enjoyment of this film doesn't hinge on how much you dig hip hop music or how deep or how far back your history with hip hop goes. 2002's BROWN SUGAR works just fine as a romantic film, and it's cool if you relish it solely for that. But if you love hip hop or even if you just have a nodding acquaintance with it, then you'll get so much more from the movie. | This was a well done film and the music as well as the story is on the mark. I think that this is a good family film and has a wonderful message. I don't think you will make a mistake by getting this film. |

| OZ, in the opinion of someone I know who was in prison, was closer to reality than most of these American-made prison flicks which are so afraid of REALITY and sex, and usually brush over or totally leave out the one thing that is VERY IMPORTANT to every man in jail.
I've been told there is so much sex in prison, men get more of it there than they get in real life. Funny how hetero males "transfer" so quickly behind bars and suddenly don't find male/male sex so "disgusting." I liked this movie, regardless, but I'm a reality freak. ... Read More: |
