| Love that video! It's got great custimization on it. I'm still on the level one, but boy it's a workout. It's nice to see some old faces and the different levels that each of them are at and be able to not feel pathetically out of shape. You know how most workout videos have these perfect background people that do everything perfectly? Well not this dvd. They struggle right alone with you, it's wonderful! And the trainers rock! |

| Mary, Mary, Mary....
Season 1-4 are all wonderful, why can't Fox or whoever is responsible put out the rest of the seasons? This series stands the test of time. The clothes and hair doos might be a little dated, but the show is top notch. Great acting, great writing. |

| I really have enjoyed this DVD. The different options given really allow you to customize your own workout, even different men and women options.
I do have to say that although the DVD cover says balance ball, weights and medicine ball optional, the one portion of this video really requires them (boot camp), I can't see a way for you to do the exercises without them. | This and "Manhattan" are Woody's two great masterpieces, I think. It's quirky, but it hasn't dated at all because it's classic. You won't laugh a lot, but you may smirk, or smile. I hadn't seen this since it came out years ago. It was a great re-visit. Typical Woody jazz soundtrack lends atmosphere. |

| The first time I saw this movie , I wasn't impressed with it. It seemed boring and pointless. Then I watched again with friends and got the message behind it. Spike Lee has made a great male bonding film that everyone should see no matter what color you are. |
