| Over and over we played "Die Menge der Engel" - - it is stunningly beautiful! The loftiness of the voices, wonderful.
We loved the boys/children's choruses on many of the other pieces on the album. Duets by Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavorati - - magnifico! It is a pleasant compilation of traditional favorites and awesome classical pieces that are worth listening to again and again. |

| A nice collection of Mozart arranged and performed as the title says - to relax.
It is not a definative collection as others have mentioned, but it the melodies are familiar and are things you know. This leads to a good CD to put on, sit down and listen to with your eyes closed. One of the things I have been trying to do to help relax and calm down and I am very happy I bought this. I will be buying other titles in this series. |

| There are not many things in life that I would describe as just Gorgeous -- but this album is definitely one of them. The selections, the arrangements, the production quality, all are clean, yet lush -- simultaneously light and rich. The effect is wonderful.

The selection is most varied and attractive, and arranged so that poetic themes and musical styles weave ingeniously through the program. | Look, this cd has its bright spots, but there is so much that just didn't work out with it. Firstly, the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra plays with its usual energy and authentic approach, but Yo Yo plays in a modern style. The two just don't mix. I keep expecting to hear some decorations to the cello line but there just aren't any. Some of the music is just played too fast such as the slow movement of the double cello concerto. | This was a first time buy from Amazon for me. I totally love this music and listen to it frequently. I am not an opera lover, but the cross over music is the best easy listening music to have. |
