| This CD mostly delivered what was expected of it. The only critique I have is that some of the tempos could have been cleaner, and that it should be cross-referenced by the other composers besides J. S. Bach. |

| I play this for my son when he is going to sleep and it is enjoyable for both of us. A few of the songs are a little "off" the purely soothing edge, but it's still very nice. |

| In the first place, on the whole, the rendition of the harpsicord (cembalo) is weak and the recording too much resonat and blurred, also too much on the background. The problem here is not the lack of the cello but the work of cembalo (harpsicord). | I don't feel particularly qualified to comment on anyone's musicianship. However, I can tell the difference between an instrument well played and, well, the opposite. Love Ma's playing, and this is a nice representation of his repertoire. |
