| Andre Rieu in Tuscany did not move me like his amazing Wonderland production. Although the music and interpretation are always great, I feel that a CD would have sufficed. |

| I remember this from when I was a child and I'm so happy to be able to share it with my own children. They absolutely love this: in the car, at home, to fall asleep to. The music is just as phenomenal as I remember it and my kids love identifying the different instruments! |

| At less than $30, this has to be one of the greatest bargains currently out there. For many lovers of Chopin and piano playing, Rubinstein's late 1950s/early 1960s RCA survey is the Bible. Undoubtedly, it contains some godly Chopin playing. However, there is too much unevenness and lack of drama for this cycle to live up to its reference status.

| the mormon tabernacle choir and orchestra perform weel and sing xmas songs you won-t hears elsewhere but the addition of sissel as solist in some classic and typic nordic xmas carols make the product an absolue MUST try hearing "mitt hjærte alltid vanker" or the danish song celebrating the pureness of the snow and you will understand what i mean : what a VOICE she has !!![she makes fables even of gregorian songs ]

| With the centenary of his birth approaching in December 2008, there has been a lot of work by Messiaen performed recently. I know it makes me an apostate to say this, but I remain reserved about the greatness of this composer, finding some of his Catholic mysticism unctuous at best. I cannot contest the fact, however, that some of Messiaen's works for piano are really remarkable, and when performed by the astonishing French pianist Pierre Laurent Aimard, become completely compelling. | I totally respect YoYo Ma but this CD was a little disappointing because all the tunes were more like jaz and improv than nice tight blue grass and Appalachian fiddle tunes. One reel was nice but they all had a slow dirge quality that disappointed me. |
