| Perhaps it is the romantic in me that enervates a sense of anticipation when superlative musicians take up period instruments to play great master's works in the manner in which they were written.
In this case I believe that also means enjoying the work with a slightly faster Tempi than accustomed. Beautiful music making for beautiful space. |

| The concept of time is defined throughout this wonderful classical CD. The Four Seasons reflects the inward reflections of time that revolves around the type of world we live in. Antonio Vivaldi expresses his music with plenty of intuition and imagination. Would definitely recommend to individuals who need to understand the concept of time. |

| The first time I sampled this, I thought it was a bit 'corny' but I still bought it because of the very many recommendations it received.
I did not regret my decision because after hearing the whole album with my kids, I was just delighted to see them respond to each song so well so much so that after a few days of listening to it, they can already sing the lyrics. | I returned this item for an exchange, since many of the pages were printed upside down, on 5/27 after following the directions for a return/replacement. It is now 7/09 and I am still waiting for a replacement. I have written twice to the dealer as well as to Amazon including one yesterday. I am tired of reviewing and would like very much for my son to to begin playing Bach. If anyone who actually reads this is in a position to make that happen!

| This recording of Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" with Itzhak Perlman at the violin is absolutely amazing! The tempos are not too fast, but not too slow, and Perlman plays with perfection and attention to detail. Also included are three more of Vivaldi's violin concertos, which shouldn't be missed! |

It has been used to greet Christmas morning in my home ever since.
