| This is the first chapter book for kids by Tiki and Ronde Barber. I started getting Tiki and Ronde's fine picture books for my son because he saw Tiki and Ronde speaking about it on MNF. They are quality stories with excellent messages for kids. Tiki and Ronde are role models that a parent can embrace for their character, which is something I am always struggling with when I find sports related books for my son. |

| This is a great book for a more complex look at human anatomy. It covers the basic anatomy and goes to a deeper level on some systems.
A good start in my anatomy revision but I will now be looking for something better still, if such a thing is available. Would certainly be of benefit to high school and new nursing students. |

| So it turns out that the "monster" is actually the protagonist which, while having shades of postmodern antihero angst that wil reverberate strongly with fans of, say, Kafka or Burroughs, really threw me for a loop as a kid.

| I love the graphics and the paper that this book is printed on. Be aware that most of the cutting is pretty challenging, even for my first graders. If your child doesn't have great fine motor skills, be prepared to help them with the cutting. That being said, it is great for developing those skills that teachers don't have a lot of time to teach these days- like cutting and gluing. |

I have both the paperback and the hardcopy edition of this book. I recommend the hardback because of how much it is used. I have read this book to my nephews dozens of times. When the two of them leave I always tell them, "Remember, You are Special!" They came in from out-of-state last week and the first thing one of them said to me was, "You are special." The book is a good reminder for adults as well as youngsters! |
