| I purchased this book for my grandson who is just beginning to read. This Dr. Seuss book has become a classic. It's whimsical story line will quickly grab the attention and interest of any child. It's impossible to improve on great literature like this! I highly recommend it. |

| Beautiful book, great going away present or changing life/adventure present. I find the book to be a realistic view on life, it doesn't sugar coat the turmoils of life's experience. However, it gives a great sense of when life doesn't go to plan everything will be good in the end and encourages us to embrace life's curve balls. |

| I loved this book; it was a wonderful story of a hesitant leaf and its friend. The story is touching and the illustration is wonderful. All around the book is a wonderful example of Carin Berger's talent and wonderful storytelling. I loved this book. |

| I was a bit disappointed, as well as surprised since the first story was very lighthearted. I was expecting something a little different; something similar to the first story. I thought the story would focus on Purplicious liking Purple and turning Purple as in the first book when she turned pink. However, that was not the case.

| I remember having to read this book in my sixth grade class and since that time I have re-read it again and again. Lois Lowry paints an amazingly beautiful and accurate tale of bravery and friendship during the Nazi occupation of Denmark in World War II. The imagery and character interactions in this book made it really come to life for me. I recommend this book to people of any age. More than a decade since I first read it, it is still my favorite book of all time! |
