| I am a teacher and I use this book to teach point of view, voice, and character studies, as well as visual clues and class bias. It can be enjoyed as a visually stimulating illustrated book for younger children and as a enjoyable and interesting learning exercise for older children. I enjoy and value this book! |

| I thought this book was hilarious. I love all of the Dear Dumb Diary books. Jim Benton does a very good job of writing these. He writes them just like a diary. I would never expect a guy to write stories about a girl and her problems. The drawings that are in the book make me laugh. I love how Jamie Kelly "hates" Angeline because she's so beautiful and popular. Jamie wants Angeline to be a brat but she's not so Jamie has to pretend that she is anyway. i have to admit, while reading the back of this back at our local bookstore, it didn't really catch my interest, but, being a big fan of sarah dessen, i bought it anyway. after the first couple of chapters though, i couldn't put it down, considering its clever characters and catchy plot. | This is such a sweet story about a darling little girl with special needs who is charming and lives her life fully. It is humorous, filled with life lessons about responsibility, sibling rivalry, and getting into mischief. Fun to read. Right up there with Junie B. Jones and Amelia Bedelia! Highly recommend it. |

| I love this book! The message is wonderful and the pictures are great. Despite what the other reviewers (and even the back of the book) say, there is nothing in the text or pictures that says the child is a boy. I love reading this to my daughter. (Note: Apparently the board book is an abridged version, so maybe the full version is more specific). |

| The story is good but perhaps a bit boring for children under 7 or 8 years of age. The narrator of the audiobook does a decent job but is not as lively as other narrators I have heard and unfortunately grossly mispronounces the name of one of the three main characters (which, given the number of times she is mentioned, becomes galling). |

| This is a family favorite. I think it is better for reading out than as a chapter book, because reading it out loud together lets the parents in on the fun.
Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle uses reverse psychology to change children's bad habits. Of course the situations are exaggerated, but they are funny and the children in the book are encouraged to be pleasant, responsive, responsible people.
