| I think this book is appropriate for children ages 4-8 and maybe even older, depending on their maturity (or lack thereof). If you are generally open and honest with your children and usually explain things to them in a no nonsense, matter of fact way -- this book will assist you with the "tough" questions. | I have a teenage daughter and this book was perfect for her. I read through it first before giving it to her and I really liked how the author talks directly to the teen. He talks their language and offers hard facts but keeps the book Christ-centered. I think teens still have a tendency to have short spans of attention and the variety of each page keeps them interested and allows the information to sink in. | I used this with a bible study I was doing with 14-16 year old girls on purity. I thought it was great, and really opened up the door for a lot of discussions. I would definitely recommend it, although probably not for pre-teens or younger teens. Watch it before you show it to make sure it is appropriate for the group you are working with. |

| I read this book last March, but since 2007 is almost over, I can honestly say that of the hundreds of books I've read all year, this was one of the most enjoyable. As a past member of the gifted pool, I had many a flashback to all the crazy stunts that inevitably seep out when a bunch of intelligent smartasses get together.
