| I happen to be a reader that saw the movie before I was aware there was a book. I then read the second book Eldest first which I enjoyed a great deal and recently read Eragon (Book 1). The movie was alright but I don't think it does the book justice. The movie is like a short condensed to fault version with a different ending. All in all, I say Eragon was a good and interesting book. |

| I was a little worried when my brother bought the first book for my then 6 year old (now 7 year old) son. It set on my sons book shelf for about a year as we read through other books he had. The about a month ago he asked me to read it with him. I was hooked, it is so easy to read and so entertaining that I had hardly noticed we had read for about an hour and finished the book. | I love these books by Richard Scarry. I bought them when my children were small, and I bought this one for my 5 month old grandson. Even though he doesn't understand the words and pictures, he loves the colors, and there is so much to look at that they really entertain him. The other day he was kind of cranky so I sat in the rocker with him and read two of the books. | This was a great purchase. My son and I read a couple of chapters every night from one of the books. He loves the challenge and the funny things Junie B does. He also likes how he can relate to some of the situations. Great book! Brings back childhood memories of Ramona books when I was a child. |

| My son really likes this book and is currently requesting it most every night. At four years old I don't think he has any idea what a Haunted House is, but he loves seeing the monsters, ghosts and skeletons.

| We received this book as a gift, and it is the best "baby on the way" book we have read. My daughter (almost 3) loves it, asks for it all the time, and has pretty much memorized it now.
My friend's little girl who is the same age, and also expecting a little brother, loves it too. It's nice how it emphasizes how the big sister can help, and how she is still special to mommy and daddy. Simple enough for a very small child to understand, and very positive.
