Mix together equal parts "Star Wars" and J.R.R. Tolkien, then add a generous helping of Anne McCaffrey's dragon-riders and a few random shreds of Garth Nix. | I read this book in about the 3rd grade. I'm now 28 years old and considering buying it for my niece! I remember this book from 20 years ago if this tells you how good it is! We use to fight in the library over who was going to check it out which week. |

| I read it easily and enjoyed it. I think kids will enjoy it too. A feral cat is caught by humans and tries to get back to his clan. MIllie, his new girlfriend goes back with him. |

| I've listened to Adventures in Odyssey for almost my whole life. (because im actually 11.) I was so excited when I looked on Amazon and saw that there was a new one coming out. I asked my mom to buy it, and when it came I spent most of the day up in my room listening to it. But I think this disk set is a good one to listen with the whole family. There isnt any really scary parts of this set. My only negative comment is that the first episode of the first disk is kind of boring but, listen to it anyway. It's helpful ... Read More: |

| I bought this book for my 3.5 year old as a party favor - and she LOVES it! There is a little plastic magnifying lens tucked into the front cover in a little pocket. Once we showed her how to take it out and look for Waldo, she does it over and over again. She walks around the house with her book, finds a nice spot to sit, takes out her magnifier, looks for Waldo, then once she finds him she finds another spot to sit in and does it all over again. It's really cute!

| Let me preface this by saying that I am a relative newcomer to DC comics. The story here is excellent in my opinion, and it made me want to buy more titles involving JLA and the characters included here. Is the art subpar, especially in the end? Yes. It looks like Frank got tired of drawing it halfway through. But the story itself is worth buying this book. |

| These DK readers are a great way to stimulate your child to read. By choosing something they are interested in, you can get them find true enjoyment in reading. As one thing may lead to another, you might then get them to read other things. In my case, I later gave my daughter "the Universe" DK reader, which is a trully fantastic book. |

| This tale of a bunny found in a movie theater showing Dracula is as old as I am. But the lovably dumb dog who is the point of view character and his cat friend who is too smart for his own good really seem to connect with kids. This books also has just enough tension to be exciting and enough camp to make the mystery safe rather than scary. Horror fans take note, this is a great starter book for the genre.
