| I love "The Hobbit" and "LOTR" series of books they are really fantastic works of fantasy-literature. I do own both "The Hobbit" and "LOTR" books and they are one of my many top favourite bookseries ever to be penned. I am glad I got a different edition of the books that stay together, have good drawings of Middle-Earth, and have the sentences worded correctly.

| Let me start out by saying that if I could have given 4th edition D&D zero stars I would have. They took a vibrant system with depth and turned it into a cookie cutter game that only appeals to teenagers (no offense.)
I have been an avid gamer for many years now, not just D&D but White Wolf, LARPs and other gaming systems and yet D&D is still our weekly game. | This was the first Neil Gaiman novel I ever read. I picked it up in London as we were boarding the plane to fly back to Canada. I know the London Underground very well, having lived in the city off and on since 1970. What I immediately loved was the way he plays back and forth with metaphor and description. I mean, Earls Court as a real court inhabiting one of the coaches - brilliant!

| While I admit that the characters are entertaining, the pace lively, and the style impressive; this books greatest achievement is its sheer savagery. For the scenes of Glotka torturing, the northmen rampaging, and best of all Logen's battle sequence, this book is worth your $15. This is the sort of book that makes you want to beat your chest with fury when you turn the final pages. The only fight sequence that compares in my opinion is The Mountain vs The Viper from Storm of Swords. Good Job Joe! |

| Maybe the best story I've ever read. Epic in span. The books look intimidating in size, but they read fast. There are no good guys and bad guys, just characters with their own motivations. At the end of the first book, I had my favorite character and my most hated characters(two brothers); at the end of the third book the brothers were my favorite characters. | I recently began reading this series and have thoroughly enjoyed reading every last single word, page, and books!! But I must say that this book is the best of them all. Zsadist is an excellent mix of danger, strength, softness, romance, and eroticism all mixed in one. He is a keeper!! |

| I bought hard cover version to be more resilient to get worn out and to look nicer on the shelf. Unfortunately fore edge is not cut off and it looks really horrible.
