| If you want a good read that's enjoyable and humorous then buy this book, you won't regret it. I normally don't buy short stories but this one caught my eye and I really liked it. |

| The Angel Experimetn was a book I could not put down. The characters wer somewhat fantasy and you questioned if this really did happen. The suspense kept me reading. I loved this story to the extend I had my teen daughter read it and she couldn't put it down. Eliza Rey |

| As an artist myself, I find getting into the head of other creators to be one of the best ways to find my OWN inspiration. Dave Gibbons has always been one of my favourite creative fellows, and this collection of excerpts, sketches, notes and drawings are as close as we'll ever come to seeing just how the mind of someone with THIS MUCH creative drive works. A must for anyone with a desire to create, and also for anyone who enjoyed the original graphic novel. It's like a great DVD bonus supplement disc - only with pages. |

| I really love this series because everytime you think you have things figured out Kim Harrison goes and surprises you. I enjoyed this book tremendously. I find how Ms. Harrison is developing the main character, Rachel Morgan fascinating. She has grown in a lot of ways and powers. She's becoming much more than just another witch with some powerful friends. I have stayed interested in her relationship with Ivy the living vampire that she shares her home with. | There has been a lot of talk about the change in genre of this series. My take is...the author has run out of ideas. I think she can't figure out how to create romances for the remaining characters...if her "romance" between Phury and Cormia is any indication...she has major writer's block. Phury was whiny, weak and unattractive. Cormia was definitely forgettable. Plus, she introduces two new races in this book. The story and artwork might seem a little dated at first, but then this IS a prequel and I have no idea whether the effect was intentional but it panned out phenomenally! Mazzucchelli's artwork adds a new dimension to Miller's already amazing skill as a storyteller who is especially adept at weaving his magic with the Dark Knight. | Historical fiction? General fiction? It's really not romance anymore. If you ask me, only the first book, Outlander, was romance, but nobody's asking me.
And while we're on the subject of things nobody's requesting my opinion on--is this not the plainest, most makeshift cover? I have the hardcover, and it's just really dull. Light gray, plain font.
