Is where any firefly / serenity fan starts of with this graphic novel. Just having any new story featuring the characters from firefly is a great thing. However, I was definitely let down by the story we're given in this Volume. Volume 1 was much better at continuing the story from the TV show and movie and furthering it. | The continuing story of Mac's search for her sister's killer is as fast-paced and thrilling as before. I stayed up all night and finished the book in only one day. Talk about hard to put down! If someone had not read the first two books in the Fae series they would quickly be brought up to speed and not miss a beat. I can't wait to find out what happens in the next installment! |

| Never have I been more impressed as a veterinary student at Cornell than when I visited the Monks of New Skete. Picture a dozen or more monks eating dinner around a large table, each with a German Shepherd dog lying quiety by his side throughout the entire meal. The monks have been doing this for decades- no reason to change their training methods because they work so well.
