| Most YA series are for girls. A few are almost gender neutral.
I recently finished #8 and am pleased the the character development over the arc of the series. We will see if the authors can maintain. The aliens are a bit weird. I wonder if they come from a fictional or movie tradition I am not aware of. |

| I like this book a lot because it told the whole story of the visorak. Also, it had a lot of action scenes. |

This book was very exciting. A bit violent in some bits like the death of Otto and the removal of the mask (OUCH!) but all in all a great children's book. |

| Not the best animorphs book, book a fairly good one. This ( I think) was the first book to make me cry. Who really CAN make that choice Rachel made? I think that this was definatly worth the time spent at the library. To bad some of the animorph books are out of print. |

| This wasn't a bad Animorph book, but it wasn't the best. I missed Tobias in the book, along with the other Animorphs. Another thing, they just launched right into the story without telling you how they discovered the Bug Fighter chip. They did tell you later though. To tell you the truth, I almost stopped reading before she even got on the plane. And lastly, it was a Cassie book, and I don't like her narrations nearly as much as Tobias's and Rachel's and the others. Okay, here's how the book starts:

| Finally KA's books are getting interesting again!. I skipped some books after I started to get bored with the series. I got this one just to see if it was any good. (Ax is one of my favorite characters.) I was pleased with it and went on to get The Answer.
I would recommend this one to any one who has read The Ulitmate #50. You may have to back track some if you haven't. |

| I think this was one of the more fun books of the series. Call me a sucker for the fluff, but I can't help but fall for the basic, let's-go-attack-the-enemy approach. And it still manages a good bit of characterization. Lots of fun battle action. This is a great series of kids because they are easy-to-read and fast-paced with a plot that is not half-bad. |

| After reading the first 11 books, I couldn't wait to find out how it was all going to end. For most part, I liked most of this book. It finds the group traveling to the fortress of the dwarves. There they have to try to talk them into digging a tunnel to be able to sneak into Hel. While all this is taking place they find themselves all fading in the real world except April, who is fading in Everworld.
