Books : The Uncertain Path (Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice, Book 6)
More of the same from Jude Watson. The series is actualy intended for younger readers but I find the stories on an adult level. This book starts off where the last book finished and concludes the Merrida/Daan story ,with a twist!
All in all a lovely short read.

I would have to say that so far, this is my favorite book out of the Everworld series (I still have 8 more to go). April, Jalil, David and Christopher have escaped Loki only to be in a never ending forest with not much to eat or drink. They finally come to what looks like a town and the smell of baking bread drives them closer to it. They find that it is more a prison than a town. Mostly everyone in town in male and terrified of "she". Who is this she and why is everyone so scared of her?

Books : Discover The Destroyer (Everworld #5)
This story takes the five to a dragon. The dragon is willing to make a deal with them instead of burning them to a crisp. The deal is they must trek to the fairie's town and steal back what the fairies stole from the him. To make sure that they follow the deal, the dragon replaces their hearts (all except Senna) with rubies which will explode in 6 days. They set out on there quest and find fairie land not quite what they expected. Fairies are very business-like and want to cut a deal or trade on everything. ... Read More:

I really loved where this series' entry took the concept of Merlin. As everyone knows, Merlin is pretty much the classic ringleader of all things fantasy and was thus a perfect addition, however small or large his role in the grand schemes of the story, to this series. Applegate gives us more fantastic exposure to the incredibly fun world she created and the readers continue to fall into infatuation with the various characters. It's a little unclear where the story is going at this point, but that is part of the enchanting ... Read More:

Books : The Master of Disguise (Star Wars Jedi Quest #4)
This review applies to all books in the Jedi Quest and Jedi Apprentice series.

Although the target audience is identified as 9-12 years old, I believe the books will have an appeal to any Star Wars fan, young or old. For an adult, the reading is easy but still very interesting. The books have just the right mix of action and character development. I was very entertained and really enjoyed the books. (Maybe too much; several I couldn't put down and found myself reading past midnight!)

Some of the books ... Read More:

'I have many plans. Plans within plans...' - The Shadow Lord

A great start-off to the DRAGONS OF DELTORA series. This series is scarier and a bit more violent than the previous two but is still meant for children.

While destroying the Shadow Lord's communication device (from series 1 and 2) Lief stumbles upon something that could mean life or death for his land. He must now quest with Barda and Jasmine to stop an ancient evil and the only thing that can help them succeed are Deltora's last dragons.

I like this and the books that follow it, because Greg Farshtey and the Bionicle crew are finally following the wishes of the older fan group, and making the stories darker. The Bionicle community is an awesome group, and I'm glad that Lego, unlike so many, actually listens to their customers.

Fergus Crane is an adventure. It was an adventure that I wanted to be in! This book was like a movie! When the author talked about hot chocalate I could literally taste the food and breakfast items. This was an experiance that I had never thought of trying. This was an amazing observation that I have told myself to keep on my mind for every book I read. So now I know that I have picked up a process and reading skill. This is the coolest thing in the world because my teacher told me this will increase my reading level and bring me closer to my next grade!Far ... Read More:
