| I have read over 200 pages of this book in just a few days - it is that good. The Eyes of the Want was quite slow and very depressing but this one is more energetic and fun - similar to the first book in the series.
I love the story line of Foo and the characters. They are all so different but they all connect in such a way that is magical yet down to earth. I'd really like to see this series be a movie someday. Thanks Obert Skye - you are a great writer. |

| My boys and I have been reading the Warriors series. They enjoyed getting this special edition that described many of the cats and gave a picture of them. They have even shared the book with friends who are also reading the series. |

| After a few pages, I was sucked into this story. It's classic McKinley and reminded me a lot of The Blue Sword not only in tone and format, but the main character is named Mirasol, which called Harimad-sol of Blue Sword to mind.

| I admit it! I love the Harry Potter books, but felt a bit silly reading something so much below my age level. But Brandon Mull's Fablehaven is just as exciting but isn't vocabulary deficient. Harry Potter is considered a 5-7 grade level book where Fablehaven is 7-9. It won't make you keep a dictionary at your side all the time, but will make you notice a new word here in there unlike the Harry Potter books. And it still does not have the unnecessary bone-breaking detail or sexual content.

| Being an avid horse lover I understand my daughters desire to have everything, I do mean everything, cats. So, when I found out that Erin Hunter was placing this book out there I thought I should try it as my daughter is feline loco over the Warriors. Almost 13 years later I don't have to ask her about the book, she gives me the update of what she has read. This book is promising we can not wait until the sequel comes out. |
