| Paolini has a fabulous story in the Inheritance series, and Eragon is largely devoted to setting up questions that are to follow the reader through the later books. While Eragon does drag in a few places, I liked it well enough to read the later books, and this is an excellent series. If you enjoy fantasy like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, or Harry Potter, these books will be right up your alley. |

| I purchased these books for my great niece for Christmas so I can't rate them accurately except to say my sister collected the entire set when we were kids and she treasured them. Unfortunately, her collection was lost after her death so I'm going to try to interest her granddaughter if I can. |

| I purchased this book as a present for my son's 10th birthday. He loves it. We took it on a family trip and found the Pokemon together. It really made the trip go faster. He was especially happy because this book had some additional pages than his friend's edition of the book. |

| Robert Sabuda is a master of the pop-up book and this is the second one I purchased of an adaptation of a famous children's story, and once again it does not dissapoint.
A good telling of the story combined with some incredible pop-ups, the one of the Emerald City makes you feel like you are in the story. | Got this from the library just for the Charlaine Harris story. While mildly entertaining, it was not a Sookie Stackhouse short story. For those of us in love with Sook, it' a bit dissapointing. That's not to say everything that Harris writes must be set in that world -- but if she's going to stray I need a bit better than what was included here. Fans can miss this easily.... |
