| I have looked for this book for years. I had read it in a Pre-K class for my students. Another teacher had borrowed it from her town's library and my class loved it.
Since then, I have looked off and on for years but could not locate it. I now have a 3 year old grandson and we love to find animals, birds, etc. in the clouds. We have read this book several times already and he loves it. Thanks, Jeri |

| I was pleased with the content of this book. I bought it for my seven year old, although the minimum age recommendation is eight. We wanted something that was age-appropriate, that worked within our religious boundaries, and not lame. The pictures are fun and do not give graphic detail. There is a section on erections and semen, which is uncomfortable, but was written in a way that I could read it with my son, in an upbeat manner (making it "not a big deal"). | My fifth-grade students love this series. I've used Gary Paulsen's "Hatchet" series to hook boys into reading. They love the outdoor adventure genre, and can't stop reading once they've started! |

| Ed Emberly's books are so great. If your child can follow visual directions and draw a line, circle and color in, then he or she can draw these things. My son is five and can draw these. He is quite smart and loves trains and trucks, so those are probably factors. When he isn't drawing from the book, he loves to look at it. Great for boys. |

| We have a 10 year old son. We are planning to start with book 2 and go from there. This series is definately frank but right on target. I want my child to hear all this from me and not the playground.
It is nice to have the words already phrased so you can read it together. Some of the subject matter may be too much for your child, but you can decide what parts you can discuss now and hold the rest for when the topics come up. |

| This is a great book for kids who love trains! My younger four year old sons love reading it with me and my older six year old son likes looking through it independently. The pictures (photos) are interesting and there is great information all through the pages. |

| While this book has some great information but it really shows the "Bohrist" bias. I mean I can understand that they leave out plasmas and superheated ion clouds and other things for sake of simplicity. I can agree with this.
But there's a whole other side to this issue. Dark Matter and dark energy. It's not exactly a minority, I mean there's actually more of it by some counts that so called "true matter".
