| This is a book a child can read, and will gain comfort that he/she isn't alone in being bullied. I don't feel it fully addresses bullying or gives practical step - by - step advice. It doesn't provide several - step senarios. As in, if you've tried our advice and it didn't work, go on to do this next, if that doesn't work, do this next. I was hoping for a book that would address the issue comprehensively. |

| Wow! What an amazing book!
I was so caught up by the Warriors series by Erin Hunter, that I didn't know that two new books from the Guardians of Ga'Hoole had come out. I quickly bought them, but put them aside to read something else. By this time, I had forgotten most of what happened. So I started from the First Collier and worked my way up. | I thought the author was a bit immature. I found the author's lack of seriousness to be a serious conflict to my real interest in accomplishing something in the world via educating myself. The author is a wanderer who wants to follow ever passion that comes her way.
The real issue with quitting school is discipline and purpose. If you don't have a lot of both then it seems foolish and could easily end up in vain. The author does not advise caution nor does she provide a voice of reason and ... Read More: |

| My son just turned three in August, but he has already completed this book. We did a few pages everyday - I think we spent a couple of months on it. He is now able to write upper and lowercase letters, and can do simple math concepts, such as greater vs. lesser, which group has more...there are mazes, coloring activities, and a variety of lessons to teach shapes, sizes, counting, writing, etc.
