| This is our first Richard Scarry book and we just love it in our house! The illustrations are just darling and the story, well, it's almost like the first Christmas. | Our daughter is just two, and fascinated by everything Lowly Worm does. This book is the strongest incentive we've had for months--she absolutely loves it. I've seen the other reviews--apparently the writers are judging it by a standard for children who understand plot, character development, and linear storytelling. My 2-year old does not. |

| Another great Richard Scarry book. This is a collection of several stories all featuring Lowly Worm and his friends. My favorite story is the Talking bread. Little Flossie visits her dad at the bakery and loses her doll. She doesn't notice that it's missing until she bites into a fresh loaf of bread! My son likes Mr. Fixit and Absent-Minded Mr. Rabbit.
