| My 2 year old loves Richard Scarry and she loves books! Although this book is a little more complicated than most books for her age she already has the book memorized. She follows the story quite well and loves Mr Fix it. I find the book to be very inexpensive especially for all of the fun we have had reading it and introducing her to new words. |

Having just adopted a beautifull baby boy I wanted more than anything to be able to share this book with him. | This cool book doesn't beat around the bush. An endearing story of two brother pigs shows how being a selfish brat will leave you miserable. These lessons need to follow us to adulthood, so don't be afraid to start your kids on this at a young age - my older daughter grew up with it and my two-year-old can't get enough of it, and I don't get sick of reading it, either. Richard Scarry's illustrations are great.

| My mother and father read us stories from this book when we were children and my brother and sister and I waited each day for the appointed story. There is a poem kittens called "Peep in a Basket" that I can recite word for word to this day at the age of 45. Although my own daughter is grown and moved away, I keep a copy of the book on hand for when my neices and nephews and god-children visit.
