| This is a must have for parents who want to teach the stories of the Bible to their children. Our 3.5 year old son asks for it each night...you gotta love that. I'm not sure how they do it, but they capture the basics of the main stories of the Bible in a sing songy short story. We've purchased many other first Bible type books, and this one is heads and tails above them all. Highly, highly recommended. |

| I recently purchased this book for my fourteen year old daughter, she told me it was a great book. In fact I am looking at purchasing more in the series. She said it was not too religious for her- she could relate with the main character. |

| Dangerous Journey is an awesome "retelling" of Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress. We read this story two or three times a year and find new things with each reading to talk about and muse over. The pictures can be a little scary for very young children. |

I have used the inductive Bible study method through Intensive Care Ministries (Dan Finfrock) as well as Hendricks' Bible study Living by the Book and this book is better than the latter and almost as good as the former. | I grew up with Eloise Wilkin's Golden Books so when I saw this collection in the store I was very pleased. I ended up not buying it at the time and when I went back a few months later they weren't carrying it anymore. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. I bought it for my 4 year old daughter's birthday and she has quickly made it her favorite story book. The illustrations, as usual are amazingly beautiful!
