| I first bought this book sitting around SFO waiting for a plane back to LAX. Bought it for my wife who has great faith. My mom had been to the site and she had some very special experiences that changed her life. However, outside of saying the Rosary much more often afterwards, she did not go into immense detail and what she saw and felt. We just knew it was powerful. | This is a good book for preschoolers through 3rd graders. We have read it aloud in the preschool, kindergarten, and 3rd grade classrooms, and children love to identify with the animal characters in the book. It teaches a good message about how personality differences are to be valued by ourselves and others. |

Boyd addresses this need for children in a thoughtful and powerful way. | Wow, when I picked this book up in the Christian Book Store I was immediately taken by it. I've always looked for devotionals that would really hold my childrens' interests and this is it! Each day there is a new "sticky situation" that a child is in, and it gives multiple choice answers to figure out. Then it tells you where you can find help in the Bible (give a verse) and how to discuss this. The cover itself is hilarious and gets the kids to look inside. | My little one loves this book! It is very sweet and reminds me of things my mom used to tell me when I was a child...like bowing our heads when Jesus' name is spoken and praying for the person in the ambulance that we see. Small "graces" to show Jesus we love Him. I just love it and I'm glad I bought it. |

| I am so torn here. I love this book - my mother would love this book. So what's the problem? It's a feel good book that seems like it would better reach a new parent, a teen, or someone going through hard times better than a child.
