| This is an excellent book. It gives you thoery and practice for triathlon training. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to run a triathlon. I wouldn't call it a downfall but something that I felt as I read it was that it is the best marketing tool a coach could ask for. Many of the practices in the book require expensive tests or equipment that a coach will have access to. This creates a feeling of yerning for the ability to spend more money on the sport. | I like this product. I use it everyday as a Journal, But I have found that you need to use the right kind of pen, As the pages in the book are thin. There is no bleeding but you can see the writing on the other side of the page.But other than that I love it. I also have the planner, and my boyfriend has many other types of them and he loves them. He uses one at least everyday! |

| Dr. Peck should have cut this book in half and sold it as two separate books. I liked the first half, but disliked the second. It's divided in 4 sections. Here's my 1/10 grade on each section:

| First off let me state that the first half of this book was well written. When you get to the middle of the book it goes straight downhill. I really didn't need to experience the vivid details of his first gay experience. | It will now be in my "top 5" of favorite, most life changing spiritual books I have ever read. And I am not even finished....
He really is a Master walking among us. Everything he says makes perfect sense, and in a way that makes you believe you too, can obtain Spiritual Liberation (not like it's some esoteric thing you have to go sit on a pillow for 5 years straight to obtain.) And when I read it, not only does what he says resonate, but I feel GOOD when I read it... I highly recommend this book! |

| I have seen many reviews of this graphic autobiography/memoir on various blogs, but it wasn't until I read one that suggested that Persepolis was similar to the Maus books by Art Spiegelman, that I finally decided to check it out from the local library. I read both Maus I and Maus II in college, where they were assigned reading for one of my husband's English Lit classes, and I borrowed them from him.
