| this is truly a treasury and a treasure - the big book version here gives a child the Big Picture - since little kids love little books their size, i would also get them one of the boxed sets of the little books for them to carry around and read on their own - also consider buying the audio cd so a child can read/listen to the stories over and over but an adult doesn't haven't to read them over and over to them --- and you must watch the dvd of Miss Potter, which was a very special movie in all ways ... | My 3 year old daughter loves Max and Ruby and she really loved this sticker book. Tons of stickers and the scenes are really nice and active. She knew where to put most of them just from watching the show. We've gotten hours of quiet play time from this book. The stickers were easy to remove and replace. |

| This is a great Max & Ruby story. It's particularly good for younger readers as it is short. It's somewhere in between the board books of max & ruby and the full-length classics like Bunny Money and Chocolate Chicken. It's perfect for a 2 or 3 yr old. |

| This book didn't actually come with flash cards, instead there were a few pages of the book that you can cut out and use like flash cards, but they're just made of paper so they're not very effective. |

| This tale of a bunny found in a movie theater showing Dracula is as old as I am. But the lovably dumb dog who is the point of view character and his cat friend who is too smart for his own good really seem to connect with kids. This books also has just enough tension to be exciting and enough camp to make the mystery safe rather than scary. Horror fans take note, this is a great starter book for the genre.

| To date, Animalia, The Eleventh Hour, and The Waterhole are my favorite of Graeme Base's offerings. Animalia and The Waterhole are read frequently in our home to teach ABCs and 1-10 counting as well as observation skills, and also for some good old fashioned fun reading aloud with fun and different voices!!

| Very cute classic of the boy's sweet stuffed animal come to life. Would have been better with updated illustrations, I don't think kids will get the originals, very sketchy and old fashioned compared with today's standards. |
