| My 3 yr old son loves this book. It was a perfect introduction into fairy tales. Yes, the first two pigs do get eaten by the wolf. That is exactly the way I remember the story from my childhood. This fact, didn't distress my son at all. I like that it is an easy to read book and we'll get the benefit of that when he's a beginning reader of text. | My 3-yr old daughter loves this book. If you've ever had a dog like Sam it's especially fun to read to your kids. The pictures are also great. Just an all-around good book. |
