| My grandson, age 6, loves books and true stories. I bought this book for him, and after reading it the first time he had so many questions. It is now his favorite book and it still stimulates that little mind and questions are still being asked. What a great way to teach children about history and encourage great conversations. I can't say enough about "Henry's Freedom Box" and certainly give it an A+. |

| I give this book an okay because it was good but not great. i think the ather could of gave a bit more detail ,but not a whole lot. The auther could of gave a little more back round agout the family and Timothy. Timothy I could understand the aurther wanting him to be a mystery ,but he coud of gave a little more back round. Besides these comentets about the Cay I think the rest of the story was Fantastic. The story stayed to the story and the emotion between the chariters was great. |

| I bought this book for my daughter when she was about a year old. We read it every night and she loves this book, she knows it by heart. She is now 2 1/2, the pages are ripped and taped yet we still read this book at bedtime. I want her to have peace in her life and be able to bring peace to others. This is truly a wonderful book. This was my first Todd Parr book and now I am looking for more. He is amazing. |

| Generation Dead intrigued me from the moment I saw the cover, and most of the book was very good. I liked the new spin on the zombie story, since I have always found zombies to be rather pointless and boring. But the last thirty pages or so really let me down. It feels like the author ran out of ideas and could not find a way to bring the story to a conclusion. I would give the book more stars if the ending had not been such a disappointment. | I thoroughly enjoyed this book and recommended it to all my friends - they, too, loved it. The voice is awesome, the plot is serious enough to keep a reader concerned, and I also learned some things about the Japanese-American experience. Entertaining, interesting, and educational - not much more to ask for! |

| This book was recommended to me, and i bought it and it sat on my shelf for a time. I got it down the other day and started reading and could not put it down. It was amazing.
I was brought back to so many memories of the deep south and the attitudes, (that still are now today) prevailing in that time. I admire this man's courage so much.
