The attached file for the "look inside" feature is absolutely the wrong one as of this writing -- 7/27/2008. I can't find a place to tell Amazon that. The illustrations on this version are unique. The pages are designed around inserted motifs and there are many, many unique full page illustrations. No matter how many other editions of Pippi you have, buy this one too. |

| I'd give 5 stars for the storyline and 1 for the size. Average = 3.
I bought this 3-in-1 for the cheap price. When it arrived I found it to be smaller than the paperback single editions and harder to read. I say buy the paperbacks. |

| As a writer and a creator of children's stories, Dr. Seuss was absolutely brilliant; there is no doubt about that. But his childish view of of the Cold War, at his age, is unforgivable. Likening the difference between freedom and Communism to the difference between the location of butter on bread is frustrating, and demonstrates once again how our American celebrities are unbelievably idealistic and out of touch with the realities of the world. |

| Cinderella is, in my opinion, the all-time favorite classic Disney story for little girls. There's got to be a reason why there are so many grown-up books and movies referred to as "Cindarella stories!"
Don't settle for immmitations -- get the original for your kids!(And enjoy re-reading it yourself!) |

| I regret bying this peice. I bought it right when fire red and leaf green first came out. It does not halve the complete walkthrough. It cuts out on the islands, only showing you three of the seven islands. I think it might not even tell you there are seven Islands.Nor does it mention anything about getting ho-hoh, lugia, or deoxys. if you get stuck there, you'd be screwed. you think they put in a few more pages to give you all of the game. by time i got to the end and did not have four islands, i was so mad. ... | The kids just love this book. Amazing how they can sound out each name and read all about these characters. This book tells about the height and weight of the characters so my guys have been measuring and weighing things to get a better idea of how big the characters are. | The tabs are sturdy on this book and there are lots of them! The only draw back is that on some of them the little punch out that lets you get your finger get under the tab to lift it, was still in place. That made its a challenge the firs ttime we tried to read it! There also aren/'t a lot of pages, but I guess you get your bang for your buck, especially if you kid is a big Thomas fan! |
