| This book literally fits into a jacket pocket and is great instant entertainment when we are on the go and find ourselves: waiting in line, driving anywhere, sitting quietly in church, traveling on the airplane, eating school lunch, quiet time before bed . . . I'm sure there are more! Plus the story is classic Munsch, with a strong female character leading through hilarious antics with hair style and peer approval - or disapproval! | The child who read this kept saying - 'that's like me' as he realised just how much he had in common with the character - an excellent book, gentle, lyrical, clear and straightforward - comes highly recommended. |

| My Grandson loves Thomas the Train so buying the book has increased more time we spend together. He loves to sit on my lap and have me read to him. And the stories keep his attention and we love this book. |

| I teach middle school and use picture books frequently. This one is a LOL delight to read, for both my students and me. All books of this series are good, but I find this one particularly charming. Buy it, read it, laugh and enjoy. Life is short, have some fun! |

| My four-year-old daughter was a Dora fan just based on the pictures of her she had seen. She loves answering Dora's questions, and has enjoyed learning a bit of Spanish, too! I was surprised at that, since we live in Japan, and my daughter speaks English and Japanese. |

"Bread and Jam for Frances" by Russell Hoban is an awesome book! It made me feel "laughy" all over. The songs were funny and I liked to sing them. It has a little sad part when Frances doesn't want to eat jam anymore. I like peanut butter and jelly, but not all the time. I like the pictures, they are funny! |

| It is the same story as the movie, you are not going the get anything extra. But it is a good opportunity to sit down and spend time with your child. And could be a good introduction to get into the habit of reading books instead of just seeing the movies. |

| My 2 yr. old checked this book out from the library today. Luckily I read ahead and am great at changing the words into a believable text for the books we read.
When we got to two moms and two dads, I had to change the wording because that is against our beliefs. We believe families are a mom a dad and children, or a hope for children. I am glad that Amazon gives a wording review so that you can see what you are buying. |

| This is the original Rainbow Fish story which is a simple moral tale designed for very young children. The Rainbow Fish is beautiful, but arrogant and selfish. He has to learn that superficial qualities such as beauty and wealth cannot be valued over friendship and happiness.
It is at best an oversimplification to say this is a book about sharing, and I cannot agree at all with the reviewers who claim it is about being forced to give up one's unique identity in order to fit in with the crowd. To me that ... Read More: |

| My two-and-half-year-old daughter loves these "How-To" dinosaur books. I bought How Do Dinosaurs Go To School? first, which she was hooked on and triggered me to buy this one, which she equally loves. She can memorize and articulate all the 10 dinosaurs names provided in the book, just as she could with the other dinosaur book, which also introduces 10 types of dinosaurs.
