| My son loved the first book so i went after this one too. I was not as impressed with the layout of this one like the first book. He couldn't get enough of that one--this is more like cartoon clips and harder for him to follow i think. Also wish it came with a cassette or CD to hear it read how he intended it to be. |

| This is a good book for Halloween because it takes place on Halloween. It is really, really, really funny. Nate thought his dog was a ghost and that made me laugh. It was my favorite Nate the Great book. It was the funniest book I ever read. |

| Readers who have watched the 1985 animated Disney film "The Black Cauldron" will no doubt recognize people and places from this novel by Lloyd Alexander. My advice is to enjoy the dark, creepy film but by all means, read Alexander's Chronicles of Prydain series. It's simply the best fantasy series written, ever.

| I love these books and the hard back set is well worth a few extra bucks. The box the books come in is beautiful along with the book covers themselves. I love these book so much, and they are a valuable addition to my library. |

| "The Second Siege" is book two of The Tapestry that takes the series to a thrilling and sophisticated new level. You become deeply involved with the two main characters Max and David as they grow and develop. You can't help but personally feel their highs and lows throughout. I am a serious Harry Potter fan but may have found its rival. This is a great book! I can't wait for the next one in the series. |
