| It is a very useful dic for Arabic student who want to find picture meaning for objects and materials used in the daily life. It is one of the best way of enhancing Arabic and English Vocabulary.
I suggest that they add some common conversations regarding the subjects on each chapter with some fill in the blank. Thank you. |

| my kids (3&6) are in love with this book as well as it's twin, the "Quiero a mi Papá porque". They love the pictures and it's a perfect book to cuddle up with before bed, leaving them with a warm, beloved feeling. I like the pictures too. |

| I add words to my son's "sight word" list when we come across a word that is hard to sound out or he is having trouble with and I see that it has been coming up a lot in his readings. Well, some of the words on my son's list show up on this book's 3rd grade list. This seems silly to me since he is entering 1st grade and reading on his grade level.
I don't think this book challenges the reader as I had expected. |

| This book has beautiful, realistic illustrations. The little children I showed it to wanted to match them to real fruits and vegetables and/or pretended to take a bite right off the page! I thought the bilingual text would be more helpful; the English (which is my native language) was pretty unimaginative; the Spanish did not use the common words for the foods in a few instances (e.g. maize was used for corn in Spanish, but the picture showed corn on the cob, which is called elota (sp?) by the Mexican ... | Of course, any Clifford fan will be happy with this book, especially those toddlers. The story is nice, the translation into Spanish is good, and if you want your toddler to learn Spanish, this is a good little book to have in your library. However, I didn't like the illustrations. The cover depicts Clifford as we are used to seeing him, but the illustrations inside are of poorer quality, and seem to be early editions of what the characters look like now. Anyway, the toddler may not even notice, but I did. |
