| I was born and raised in another country, so I didn't grow up with this bunny, but I heard so much about it and was told it's a classic. I decided to purchase one for my son. I have to say it's a major disappointment because 1) it's poorly made that's not strong enough to sustain an infant's pulling, chewing, and abusing, 2) the sharp edge of the book always seems to hit my son's face (I'm afraid it will scratch his eyes one day...), 3) the fabric in the peek-a-boo page is very weak that it probably ... | One of my first-grade students pointed out the truth to me: this story does not stay "on the trail", so to speak, of keeping with a connected story. (Ironically, this fit very well with a lesson). And yet there is something incredibly fun about the random creatures trotting themselves out in all their quirky Suessian glory. So no, there is no logical plot, but we get fun pictures and dazzling rhymes that we love. |

| I give this only three stars, but not because there's anything wrong with it. It's just that, if your child is really ready to read, the first set will definitely give them the tools to do so. But once they grasp the "key to castle" of sounding out that that first set delivers, they may be ready for a bigger leap than this second set offers.

| Every few years I read this book over and love it every time. It is a great book to introduce kids to the plight of the Jews and non-Jews of German-occupied countries during WWII. My 10 year old read it and loved it too and it brought up a lot of questions. Highly recommended. |

| We didn't like this book. It wasn't about a museum at all; it was about getting motion-sickness on a bus trip. On the way to the museum for the class trip, Nancy's friend is feeling sick. Later during the trip, Nancy feels sick. They pull over to the side of the road and an adult helps Nancy while she's throwing up. Her clothes get messed up and she has to wear something else for the rest of the trip. We all felt a little sick after reading the book. Yuk.
