| This book has me laughing big time! It is full of old outdated laws still on the books. After laughing a while I began reflecting on what event(s) must have occurred to inspire such laws. It gives some insight into the pitfalls that the human races runs into when making laws and rules. A very funny read! |

| The illustrations in this book are very colorful and lively. I liked that each page had a different illustrator, so there is a good variety of visual attraction. However, the language could be simplified so that the content is more appealing to the average young child. As it is, the language seems more geared to an adult audience. |

| Lizzie Borden is a great story and I recommend it to every reader. The non-fiction story is great and informational, the story takes place right in our back yard. The book is easy and to read and if you like true stories that are interesting then this is the book for you. For me, the story was really hard to put down so I was always reading it at night in bed.
