| I've finally found it!!! The book more soporific than my dissertation!!! Let me begin my review by saying that, as more an expansionist than a textualist like his colleague from Yale Law, Tribe presents a most agreeable argument to me. | Others have written excellent reviews of this book, which I endorse. I am reading it on my Kindle and realized pretty quickly that it had been re-written for the US market in my edition. I don't quite understand why - US readers are quite able to understand English English, so what's the point? They even left Harry Potter alone in US editions, written for children. | Everybody college-aged or older, even at retirement age should read this book. Maybe the only people who wouldn't benefit from the incredible metathemes and greater story are those who are completely self-actualized in perfect jobs and have a perfect life. Those are the only people who may not relate to this book.
Philalawyer has taught me more about life, work, and the pursuit of happiness than most teachers have. |

| This book was actually recommended by my Contracts instructor. It is a valuable resource to consult for the broad concepts we go over in class. I read 1 section ahead everyday, prior to reading the cases, and it amazing how much more I get from the assigned material. Highly recommend. |
