| I bought this book because the advice given applies to my specific situation, a baby boomer getting close to having to deal with end-of-life issues for my parents. The author bases her suggestions and advice on experience and has good credibility. The information is not only useful for dealing with parents, but preparing for my own end-of-life situation as well. | It is good for the purpose of learning Civ Pro as a 1L. Some hypos are good and others are questionable. But overall, it is good. Serves its purpose. I like Glannon's E&E and MCQ better. |

| Good book with nice pictures. I have read all of the tactical books and this is one of the best overall. Covers most basic topics and is an excellent book to read before buying a firearm for self protection. |

| Emanuel Law Outlines are expensive and aren't necessarily the best choice for every law school subject. For example, I have it for Constitutional Law and I hate it. I think that is because Constitutional law is theoretical while Evidence is concrete with laws. This series is PERFECT for Evidence. It breaks down the rules into numerous examples and does an amazing job of sorting out the complexities of Hearsay and Impeachment. I would definitely recommend Emanuel for this subject. |

| I read this book when it came to paperback a couple of years after its published date. I was so disturbed by some of the stories of freeloaders and tax cheats that I had to stop and google the offenders and to my surprise many of them are now behind bars for tax fraud!
