| My son is 2 1/2. My husband is fluent in italian and we are always looking for italian books, music, and toys. I fully recommend these books. My son likes having his own music to play and he loves finding things in the pictures. Using an italian dictionary with the book to play " I spy" is a wonderful part of story time.
The book is also easy enough for the non fluent relatives. Having the english version of the story right there is extremely helpful. My only reservation is that the book is in ... Read More: |

| Really enjoyed this tape series. Lived a year in Japan and am always looking for (inexpensive) ways to keep up my Japanese. The format and content was just right. Also learned new vocabulary, as well. Level 2 was also very good. |

| I found the product inadequate. This CD is a collection of children's songs, with some narrative, spoken by a child in Japanese, preceding each song. The weird thing is the narrative is completely unrelated to the song. Even my 9 year old figured out that the song following the child's narrative, was in her words "completely random".

| The songs are not familiar and are boring. Yes it teaches days and weeks and months and counting and opposites and family etc. But the songs are dull. My niece, upon hearing it, only found interest for a while but then lost interest. Can't say I blame her. If you want upbeat, fun, exciting, get off your feet and dance to Spanish tapes, then this is NOT for you. |

| I am travelling to Egypt and wanted to learn some Arabic. I bought this product because "colloquial" sounded good. But I find it completely useless. The words on the tape are read much too quickly, and I find myself flipping frantically through the book trying to find the lessons that are being read. It focuses on very advanced grammar and a lot of weird idioms. There is virtually nothing useful to me on it. |
