| ...and has trouble with language and reading comprehension. We read one or two of these at the dinner table and it always leads to more discussions and life lessons. It's great for our younger son too. It's well written and interesting. My husband and I have learned things too...like the origins of a lot of those funny sayings and how they came to be part of our language today. |

| My child in kindergarten should be much farther along with her ABCs and 123s. It's my fault. What a clear difference between how advanced my older child was at the age of 5 because of the amount of time that I spent reading to him and practicing letters and numbers. Guiltily, I admit that by my third child for whatever reason my approach to working on numbers and letters in advance of school had become a bit too lax.

| I gave Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead only one star, because that's how I felt about this play when I first saw it performed. At the time, I was just a kid who was unfamiliar with the story of Hamlet. To me it was boring, made no sense, and was not the least bit funny.
HOWEVER... If you love Hamlet and know the story well, you will love this play. Before making any hasty judgements on Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, I strongly urge you to either read or watch Hamlet. Only then can ... Read More: |
