| I bought these cards for Chrismas when my son was about 9 months old. I went thru the cards once or twice a week and he was saying "ba" for ball and several other "words" well before a year old. The manufacturer recommends these for an 18 month old, but why wait? I also have the Touch and Feel animals and those are great too! I just cant say enough nice things about these cards. And contrary to other posts, they are very durable. |

| My kids love the silliness of this book/game and their teachers love the help on learning sentence structure. My daughter wants them all and my son's teacher encourages him to bring to school and do pages with the entire class.

| i came across wuthering heights while i was reading the twilight series,specifically "eclipse" as it was mentioned in it..i was curious as to what the book was all about so i read it..

| If you don't know the story, it's about a naturalist, Professor Arronax, and his assistant on a quest to find the giant sea creature that's been menacing the seas. But the sea creature turns out to be a submarine, the Nautilus, and they're joined by the harpooner Ned Land in being rescued/captured by its crew when their attack on it fails.

| Whether you are a published writer, or are still struggling to make it into print, Gail Carson Levine's book is a must read. Even though it is primarily written for young people, I find the exercises and advice on the writing process extremely useful. In addition,it is just a delightful book to read. Would that I had her skill with the written word Things I Learned from My Grandmother About Leadership and Life: (How to Light a Fire Under People Without Burning Them Out) would have been a better book.

However, page twenty-seven contains are rather irratating sentence that denotes people of Latino ethniticity as "procrastinators." Pretty unnecessary remark considering the braod usage of this term. |
