| this book is an excellent tool for helping kids understand the "facts of life". reading with the kids and explaining as you go really helps them to understand the concepts and participate in the conversation. |

| My ten-year old son absolutely loved this book. It is full of teen angst, and sports-related action; however, the subject matter is very heavy and can be somewhat disturbing. The blurb on the back of the book gave me no indication that issues of violence and bullying in the book (and some uncomfortable language) were addressed within. The actual reading level is not difficult, but as thought-provoking as this book is, I recommend it for very mature kids or students in grades 7-12. |

| I've reviewed many of the Berenstain Bears books available at Amazon. I mix these books into the bedtime reading rotation for our two young sons. I like these books because they allow me to review manners, morales and important lessons at the end of the day.

| After the fantastic first appearance of this book, (The first summer of the sisterhood) this book was a bit of a letdown. The only character really interesting to read about was Bridget, and some of the action between Kostos and Lena is a little too mature for the young teen. I reccomend the first of the books, but the others are not nearly as good.

| My 2.5 year old daughter received this book as a gift and we have never read the first one. The story is wonderful, funny and cute and the illustrations are a very creative mix with real photography. My daughter has this book memorized now and reads it to me which is priceless. I'm getting her the first one for her 3rd birthday and I'm sure it will be a great addition to our home library. |

| I am an elementary school counselor and have read this book to my 1st and 2nd grade classes and they absolutely love it! It is entertaining as well as educational and really explains the difference between "tattling" and "reporting" so these students understand it! I definitely recommend this book for parents and educators alike! |

| I read this book with my nine-year-old child in one afternoon. We saw immediate results. Her OCD symptoms were relatively mild to moderate, but we saw a dramatic decrease in OCDs immediately. It was as if the book gave her permission to take control of a situation that she felt was out of her control. She was instantly transformed back into our happy, cheerful and talkative child.
