| I am a teacher and I use this book to teach point of view, voice, and character studies, as well as visual clues and class bias. | My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the story. Berkeley Breathed has been a favorite of this household since Bloom County. I'm glad that he is still writing and sharing with the next generation. |

| While this is a fictional account of self-harm, I felt that it was a fair portrayal of the main character who is attempting to deal with familial issues the best way she knows how. I have read horrendous books that were intended to have the same effect that this story had...and from my reading (so far) this story is the closest that I have found to reality. | I loved, loved, loved this book! Mike Lupica is my favorite author. He has done so good at being a sports talk guy and an author. You'll love it! The main charachter named Hutch is a shortstop who was a SS By trade then after they added a jerk named Daryll who causes him to paly 2nd base instead. I do not at all want to spoil the book before you read it so that's all I'm gonna say. If you loved this you'd love all of the other books by ML. | This book didn't actually come with flash cards, instead there were a few pages of the book that you can cut out and use like flash cards, but they're just made of paper so they're not very effective. |

| We have 5-6 of the Berenstain Bears books that we mix into our bedtime reading library.
This book, "Forget Their Manners," is especially handy for bedtime reading when I want to stimulate a discussion about a lapse of manners at the dinner table. | My daugther has several of the Berenstain Bear books and she loves reading them. They have a positive message for children while keeping their attention. Even though she reads at a higher level, she still loves these books. |
