this was not as gripping as Pike's books normally are, but I did enjoy it. I have been reading his work since I was about 10 (so almost 20 years), and I am the sort of fan who will read anything he writes, but i definitely recommend this for tween, teens and young adults. The Shaktra (the second in the series) is definitely more adult, and I am currently pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying this trilogy.

Books : The Season of Passage
I have the summer off and I plan on revisiting all the Christopher Pike books I read when I was a teenager (just bought 22 of them today for $20 at a local used bookstore!).
But this is really the one that has stuck with me the longest. The imagery, tone, and mood of this book is really awesome. And I mean by 'awesome' actually awe inducing; it's riveting and haunting. I last read it 14 years ago and I still recall moments from it. Pretty crazy.
Sadly, this isn't one of the 22 I picked ... Read More:

This book is really cool I read it in 1 week, I also want to read another one, but in unfortune it's only a book project and I don't have one. In school surly that there are more so I'll keep reading until I finish all Goosebumps book. I'm going to see if they can lend me some books to readed in my house. I liked the part Fred (the monster one) was so strong he could take a car, also when he was good at soccer.

Books : Beware of the Purple Peanut Butter (Give Yourself Goosebumps, No 6)
The Give Yourself Goosebumps gamebook series are usually very fun and enjoyable to read. This book however, is no different. It is a great book that involves a really strange plot, but in a good way. This book is more fun than some of the other books in the series. Some of the situations can be very exciting and can bring forth suspense. If you are new to the Give Yourself Goosebump series I recommend buying this book first. You have my guarantee that you will absolutely love it.

I did not like the story. I did not understand how Ann really died if Sharon did not push her. I especially hated the ending.
