| I downloaded a sample of this book on to my kindle and found myself laughing out loud the first couple chapters. So, I went ahead and bought the book. The problem was it just wasn't that great. The author is funny and clever, but the book was a whole lot of the same thing throughout. I got bored halfway. | Wow!! So far I've made at least 10 dishes from this cookbook and I am really impressed!! The ingredients are usually very easy to find and for the most part each recipe only requires a few ingredients. The recipes are mostly made for 1-4 servings which is convenient if you are single or if you are just cooking healthy for yourself and not for your whole family. | I had high hopes for The Migraine Brain after seeing Dr. Bernstein on the Today show. She talked about the brain of someone with migraines being different than others. This topic she does cover well in her book; Chapter 2, The Migraine Brain - How It's Different and What That Means for You contains useful information I hadn't read anywhere else before.

| This book is amazing. I haven't even finished doing all the things he's said to do (I'm not even through phase one) and already I've done so much to improve the clutter in my house. Don't pick up this book if you aren't ready to seriously de-clutter your home and your life. I've done parts of my living room and my home office and already brought a big tote to Goodwill and threw out or recycled a ton more stuff.
