| I have the fondest memories of this book, and I was delighted to recently find a copy.
It's the ultimate "power tool" book that should please young boys--an old time steam shovel with a personality to boot that is out to prove she can still do her thing. The drawings are detailed and gorgeous, and the end shall always be a classic. |

| I started reading this book to my 5 year old daughter a few days ago and we are both in love. It is funny, thrilling and joyful. The use of language is arrful and clever. I have never, so enjoyed a children's book. I'm either a big child, or this is more than a mere child's play. |

| I would give this book, Esperanza Rising by Pam Munoz Ryan, four stars. The author describes everything really realistic and fun, making you feel like you're watching TV. All the characters are realistic in their characteristics. Only the bad thing is the ending I think. I think the ending happened too suddenly. That's the only reason I took one star out. It's really a good book though.

| this book is honestly a joke to me.
It doesnt have anything to really do with the main plot, and is a cheep rip off. Its just trying to make the point that global warming is a threat. It is, just id rather not spend so much money reading something i expected to be of better quality and worth my time. overall, personally a very bad book for me. |

| That can I say about Ted Dekker's History Cronicles?? I am hooked for life, and now I have everyone else I know hooked. The series was wonderful, and I can hardly wait for the new book Green to come out to complete the set. These books are part Sci-Fi, part Christianity, done to perfection. I have ordered all of Ted Dekker's books and hope to read all of them soon. |

| Ted Dekker's graphic novel "Infidel" reminded me how much I enjoy reading a comic book format. The artwork is terrific and the story is engaging even thought I haven't read book one. I had a hard time putting this down. I have long been a fan of Ted Dekker's horror novels. Now, he has gained me as a fantasy fan.
