| I was shocked to see that anyone didn't like this book, to each his/her own.
I think this book does a remarkable job at putting those akward feelings about a "different" person in your life into words. Catherine's brother is autistic and she loves him, feels bad when people stare at him, feels guilty when she yells at him and wishes that he could just argue back like a "normal" brother. | My 11 year old son loved reading this book. This is the story of a boy and girl who decide to challenge each other by not talking for a couple of days. They also get the rest of fifth graders in the same contest.
It is interesting to see the abilities they develop to communicate without talking. It is a great lesson for a child, and it also changes their perception of the stereotype of girls and boys. |

| This is a great book of overcoming a disorder that can control your life. My teenage daughter really likes this book & I feel that the content is appropriate for her age. |

| This was a great series of books. She really keeps you interested and wanting to read the next chapter because each character gets a small piece in each chapter so you really stay engaged. It took me a week to read all four!! |

| We received the first "Bear Snores On" book as a baby gift years ago. Our only child is now six years old and everyone in our family can recite the "Bear" books by heart (I've even broken out with the rhymes at work). As Alaska residents, where folks routinely get mauled by bears within city limits, it's nice to put a friendly face on a potentially scary animal.
This book is a great compliment to the series, we love it just as much as the other one. We anxiously await the next chapter in "Bear's" life. |

| Our class read this book together this year. We loved it!!! It is about a 4th grader named Peter and his annoying brother named Fudge. Peter wins a turtle named Dribble from his friend Jimmy Fargo's birthday party. Fudge is always getting into trouble. Fudge's birthday is a disaster! First, someone wets on the floor and bites the grandma. One child throws up and falls asleep. And another child never stops crying. What will Peter do about his little brother??? | I had high expectations for this book. I enjoyed the past three books incredibly. So when I picked up "Forever in Blue" I was excited. I was reading when I realized that it wasn't up to par with the past few books. The book seemed like the author was trying to speed up the growth of the girls and it went too fast.
