| my 6 year old loves this book. my 8 year old loves this book. i love this book.
its droll wit engages us all. when it's 'swine lake' he/she chooses as our bedtime read, mommy is just as thrilled as the picker-outer. i certainly can't say that about all my children's books, even the many i respect. |

| We bought this book for our seven-year-old son who is interested in foxes. He loves it! And what a surprise, when we read this sweet story of a fox family who makes their home on the outskirts of a city cemetery, that we love this book just as much as he does. We were pleased that it tells of the roles of both the mother fox and the father fox in caring for the kits.

| Four to eight year olds will love this Preston Pig book. We fell in love with it when my son was age 5. He adored reading about "Cunning Wolf Trick No.s 1,2, and 3" and still loves to recite them. An advanced picture book that doesn't talk down to kids or parents and is still fun to read. |

| This is a nice book for beginning readers. It has a simple story, lots of rhymes and beautiful pictures. My 4 year old likes trying to read the story and my 2 year old loves listening and looking at the pictures. |

What's wrong with this book? It asks questions on nearly every other page which it does NOT answer. How much fun for kids is that? | I'm a preschool teacher...the children love to participate, they take their spoons,pot,etc out of their backpacks(pretend), then we stir it, and stir it, and stir it and taste it...not ready yet..they have so much fun!(do this with every ingredient until the end)

| I found this book to be very well written. It had many facts and detailed pictures. The facts were very clear and interesting. The pictures were amazing. The pictures were close and very detailed along with capturing the fennec foxes personality. I liked the book so much that I told my friends about it and they all bought one to. |
