| I have read all of the books in the series. This is sort of like an in-between book, a filler. It has no prophecey, and they're isn't too much action compared to the other books. I liked all of the other books, especially the Code of Claw, but this was by FAR the worst of them. |

| Derek Anderson is one of my favorite book illustrators, and how wonderful it is to see him illustrate this well-loved verse in a Thanksgiving book. I was lucky enough to see the illustrations months ago when Anderson did a signing at the Red Balloon in St. Paul, the Twin Cities leading children's bookstore. Anderson's whimsy brings the perfect touch to this tale. | Great book. My daughter loved this episode when she watched it on TV last year, we had just moved to a snowy climate. So this year she received the book for Christmas. She loves snow and when we don't have any she goes around singing the "I Love Snow" song. Great book to keep the fun of snow all year round. |

| My son received this book as a gift when he was born. He is nearly 4 now and we're still reading it and I'm sure we'll continue to read it for years to come. The illustrations are gorgeous and of course the fables are wonderful lessons. The book opens up great opportunites for discussions between child and adult. I just purchased several copies for his friends for holiday gifts. |

| The story is cute and the touch and feel books help me keep my toddler interested in the story and the words we're reading. I can read about the "dog" and they he touches the dog. It gives him something to interact with the story and something for us to do together. No more sound books for me, just touch and feel. What a pleasure. |

| Sandra Boynton books are favorites of my young grandson. They are short enough for his attention span and always have some humor. I recommend this book for all mothers, grandmothers and others who enjoy reading with little ones. |
