| Mercer Mayer is my fall back for all great kids books. This one is no exception. My son loves this book and I love that it teaches him that what is important in life is not toys and things, but instead showes him the value of family and friends Thank you mercer mayer as always. |

| Very interesting book about a smart boy who encounters a dragon and goes on a grand adventure. The exact type of book i have grown up reading and the type of book i encourage my son to read. This book sparks the imagination in kids and will keep your child's attention from beginning to end. Recommended highly. |

| My mother would read this book to me when I was a child. Each night was a different chapter. I bought the book with the intention of reading it to my son each night, but am finding I get just as much enjoyment from it as he, as it brings back such wonderful memories of my childhood. |

| This book is smaller than a postcard, it is very hard for any early reader to decode the words with such a small print and not even talk about reading it to a group of children (that is what i wanted to do). I'm returning it. |
