| This book is cute. It is one of the first things my children laugh at. You know before your baby really learns to laugh at funny stuff, if this book is read to them with the right enthusiasm it can bring a true laughter at such a young age. Live laugh learn. Life is worth it. |

| The illustrations are fantastic. The writing is clever. But for a children's picture book, it's just too wordy! Hate to say it, but the rhymes barely fit on a page and cover too much of the illustrations. I love a well-written book, but this is overwritten. I have to abridge it while reading to keep my childrens attention. Still, I would recommend this book for animal loving children and parents. |

| This is a great little book. I read a review of it in a baby magazine and decided to buy it. I'm glad that I did because my 3 1/2 month old loves it. It has a little mirror (of surprizingly good reflective quality) in the back so the baby can see her own eyes (or yours, depending on the creativity of the angle) reflected back at her and imposed in the figures of the animals. | I usually save long reviews for products that caused problems. So this one's short and sweet. This BOOK is Fantastic. It's short, and a dahl classic. Plus, I believe they're turning it into a movie starring Clooney, Murray, and Blanchet. |
